Shipping Policy

All orders for in-stock items received by 4pm Eastern Standard Time ship same day via Federal Express, unless otherwise stated. If you prefer another means of shipment, please let us know by contacting customer service and we will be happy to use your preferred shipping method. All packages are shipped from our Port Orange location unless otherwise noted.

All special or back-ordered items are subject to a per-determined ETA, which will be agreed upon with the customer prior to billing.

We ship internationally via USPS & FedEx but can accommodate other couriers depending on the customer's needs. We can accommodate drop shipments, shipping collect or on 3rd party accounts on a case by case basis.



Warrenty Policy

Venture Network Solutions gladly provides a 1 Year Warranty for end users and 90 Day warranty for resellers.


Return Policy

If item is defective an RMA will be issued. All software licensing is the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds or exchanges will be made due to incompatibility. If an exception is made, the item must be returned in the same condition received and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.



Payments Accepted

For domestic buyers, all major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover) as well as company & personal checks, and wire transfers. All payments made by check must clear prior to shipping. Terms can be extended upon a successful credit check.


PayPal and Google Checkout are the preferred methods of payments.


For international buyers, VNS will only accept wire transfer or personal & company checks



Selling Hardware to VNS

VNS follows a strict code of conduct with regards to the quality of its products, the integrity of its representatives, and its return policy. VNS expects the same from its vendors.
